award winning wines and gourmet produce, the nearby Sounds (Queen Charlotte and Pelorus)
are equally well known to fishermen, sailors and recreational water sportspeople. The area
is also noted for its rainbow and brown trout fishing. We will gladly assist with fishing

Queen Charlotte Walkway stretches from historic Ship Cove to Anakiwa.
This spectacular 67km Queen Charlotte Track combines unforgettable coastal and bush
scenery with magnificent views of the Marlborough Sounds. Visitors can walk the entire
track taking up to three days or simply enjoy a leisurely half day's trek with delivery
and pick up by water taxi. There are a number of delightful local walks including the
Wither Hills - enjoy a short stroll or an energetic hike with spectacular views.

The wine country surrounding the Bell Tower is ideally
suited to cycling. For the golfer, there
are attractive courses within a few minutes drive. The Marlborough course is only 5
